#1 PBJ Tortilla with Blue Cheese

Have you ever thought “my life is not interesting enough”? Well do I have the recipe for you. Basically you will need 4 tortillas. I like wheat tortillas because they are nice and soft. Layer the fillings as shown. Sorry that I couldn’t take it picture of it, i had already eaten it. 😢 Depending on how much blue cheese you spread, it just tastes like a normal pbj. For the most part. For me, the sweet jam and cheese seem to compete for my taste buds the most. If you’ve ever snacked on a charcuterie board that has both strawberry jam and blue cheese included, and you ate some crackers with those toppings too fast, then it will probably remind you of that. Somehow, the blue cheese makes the peanut butter taste bitter, too.
So why did I make this? I needed to finish my tortillas and blue cheese. Also, I really like PBJ, so I decided to put a spin on it! 😋
