Today's cookbook doesn't get a lot of use here, although its target blender attachment does.
Whole Grains Cookbook, by Vitamix.
I got this when I bought a #Vitamix blender all those years ago now, with a blender "jug" for grinding dry materials - grains, lentils, beans, rolled oats, any dry material. I dreamed of grinding a whole heap of whole things, but actually there are fewer and fewer outlets now that sell these things in bulk.
Still, it is great for grinding the things that I do have into flour, or even taking coarsely ground product and grinding it finely. Thus I don't have to keep 3 different grinds of semolina in the pantry, for example.
The book is mainly for grinding things for baking, and wheat predominates. There are some nice sourdough starters there, and one day I will get into sourdough bread. When I am off my #NaturopathPrescribedDiet perhaps.
It looks a hefty tome, but actually it is the same recipes in a range of different languages.
