i'm also getting fluid retention with it at the moment and the crampy feeling in my lower parts is really bad right now
so, i think, a couple of things are in this... one is malts in the beer i have had in greater amounts lately, the other is the seed oils
plus i am also fighting off some kind of fungal infection on my skin
the idea that i just need to stop eating (this shit, period) is really on my mind right now
maybe i will do the full 7 day this time... 4 day definitely was minimal to start my system on the right track, really made me feel sooo much better
