I have a busy and intense weekend coming up (for good fun reasons, but still) so I am taking the radical and unprecedented step of having a chill, easy day BEFOREHAND so that I don't start the weekend already exhausted, and hopefully therefore don't need to take a huge chunk of next week off to recover!
