For those of you who don't drink, mocktails are often considered the hardest to create well. In order to create a good mocktail it has to be well balanced in its flavor profile. With out alcohol, all you have left to judge the drink is the combination of flavors in juices, sodas, syrups, and infusions.
Building a mocktail menu is often the most challenging.
