Good morning. I will never understand man's inhumanity to man. Last night I think I reached my limit on the world's news, and that was before the news out of Maine.
It's a struggle to stay informed and stay hopeful. Today I'm planning to spend as much time outdoors noticing the beauty of nature. Self-care is important.
