They really shouldn't have named each episode after the famous Poe story that it "depicts".
The Masque of Red Death. Not only is the entire ending ruined (because if you have read this, you already know how it ends), the people invited to the party don't match the original intent of the story. The people at Poe's party were MEANT to be poisoned, they were the ugly upper class.
This depiction basically casts innocent people in the role. The bystander effect isn't what Poe was going for, IMHO. But I guess it works for shock horror.
Enjoying the show. I just think they take too many liberties and show their hand too much by titling the episodes this way.
