Couldn’t sleep, couldn’t rest, couldn’t let go of muscle tension. Texted Tom, “Can you come up here and give me a cuddle please? I feel a bit insane” and he obliged. He has prescribed my 2nd dose of diazepam of the day plus my 2nd bath of the day. I feel very out of control.
