d (npub15fk…j9gr) Marakus (npub18d6…37vn) there is a popular theory of power that says there is no such thing as a king in isolation.
A king is king because he is allied with other powerful people/groups and stats king exactly as long as they have more to gain from him staying in power then trying to grab it themselves.
I don't know shit about Russia but that what I think marakus meant with the the remaining oligarchs being his friends.
