I’ve seen morons pause beside the Festival Theatre here in #Stratford to idle their weapons at high RPM assuming it will disturb patrons of the arts, whom they hold in contempt (they can’t hear a thing from outside in there, fellows, but go on and show us how idiotic you can be).
