Lots of good people struggle with spelling and grammar and as long as you understand what is being said, there's no reason to go correcting anyone.
If you do not understand, you can ask a question instead of jumping on their mistake.
Constantly correcting spelling and grammar can effectively silence people with learning disabilities.
