Any chance we can use a custom [WiFi scorer](https://cs.android.com/android/platform/superproject/main/+/main:packages/modules/Wifi/service/java/com/android/server/wifi/ThroughputScorer.java) in graphene OS?
**Context:** we are working on [TollGate](https://github.com/OpenTollGate/), a set of tools that allows anyone with TCP/IP capable hardware to sell access to an internet connection for Bitcoin.
**Why we need to this feature:** it is critical for our UX that the user's devices are able to automatically purchase data from WiFi access points frequently in a granular manner. When there are multiple access points to choose from, we need to consider parameters like signal strength, but we also want to consider the price (per `kb`) of that internet connection in order to ensure that the our users aren't over-paying.
**Our current status:** we are able to trigger a (silent) notification from a user installed (tauri) app suggesting that the user connects to a specific WiFi access point.
**What we want to achieve:** it would be great if users could [roam across](https://superuser.com/questions/122441/how-can-i-get-the-same-ssid-for-multiple-access-points) multiple networks that share the same SSID without needing to interact with the OS again and if we could include the price of an internet connection in the business logic that decides which access point to connect to.
Any recommendations around how to best do this are most appreciated.
