I have a faulty phone that I bought online at One NZ.
The call centre say I have to take it to the store, so I did.
The store say because I bought it on their website, the call centre have to deal with it, so I went back to them.
The call centre say nope, take it back to the store and insist.
There was a reason I didn't want to go back to Vodafone/One NZ, and I just remembered what it is - they're faaaaarkin useless. I don't have time for this.
