First of all, the economic structure of the enterprise is conventional, that is it's another instance of what Bucky Fuller called GRUNCH (GRand UNified Cash Heist). Dome homes should cost 1/10th or less than conventional homes. If they're charging more than that they are either building them wrong or pricing them too high.
