Some recent work on self-image took me to an interesting place:
- One has to have a clear picture of self image, who you are, ethics, what you want. With that, plus a gamification process, in that it has to be fun, it’s possible to make confident decisions. It is the bedrock of everything, a transformation vehicle, which combines a set of principles. You cannot create more than what your self-image allows for. In that sense it can be a limitation. Point being: what self-image encapsulates your wildest dreams, all come true, at the very same time?
- I would like to be
- Fearless
- Courageous
- Wealthy
- Healthy
- Loving
- Humble
- Strong
- Free
- Happy
- Calm
- I would like to spend time being
- An investor
- A music producer
- A photographer
- A creator
- A podcaster
- A father
- A husband
- A free-willed man
- A leader
- An athlete
- In order to do that I:
- Will not take random calls
- Will not work for anyone else
- Will not get dragged into situations I do not want to be in
- Will not worry about travelling a path less trodden
- Will not worry about other people’s opinions of me
- Will not be mean to myself
- Will not be scared of failure
- Will not take no for an answer
- Will not let other people project their fear onto me
- Accept nothing less than full control of my time
- Will ensure I manage both energy in and energy out in my schedule
- Will trust my heart
- Will trust my intuition
- Will give more than I take
- Will be generous with my wealth
- Will be productive until the day I die
- Will love my wife
- Will cherish my children
- Will put family first
- Will take some risk
- Will embrace energetics
- Will invest in quality mentorship
- Will invest in quality self-care
- Will smash the 15 minute work window
- Will celebrate every task completed
- Will curate my ideas
- Will utilise a 2nd brain for productivity
- Will read extensively
- Will be hungry for knowledge
- Will recognise quality over quantity
- Will unlock space for creativity
- Will hone my craft
