Should Nostr start hosting decentralized art auctions?

Artists could get paid out instantly with zaps. No 3rd parties, auctioneers.

Just agree that each artist auctioning their work has a set time limit for bidding. Let's say 24 hours from start to finish.

Artists would be responsible for privately contacting the winners of their auction to arrange shipping and handling.

All it would take is one weekly post thread. Each artist would just post their work.

All art auctions can take place at the same time.

All we would have to do is agree on a time and who starts the post thread.

Physical artworks ONLY. No AI or digital art.

Any artists want to get on board with this idea?

Personally I miss doing artwork. I would really enjoy this idea.
