What everything in this picture means:
Amethyst - Nostr client for sending and receiving post on Nostr. Has Tor build into it, or you can use Orbot.
Pokey - Notification app receiving Nostr notifications over non-Google system. Supports using your own UnifiedPush server, which Nextcloud can support.
Orbot - Tor app that tunnels your phone apss through a VPN/TOR connection/
Amber - App where you enter your secret key so you aren't pasting that into anything else
