We have an e-collar on her in case she catches a scent, and she typically responds well to recall. On this particular trail, she is on leash for a couple miles due to proximity to the road. Most weekday runs are in our neighborhood, so she is on leash then as well. On leash bonus: my average pace ticks up about half a minute/mile 🤣.",
