While #cycling I usually watch out for flowering plants (yes, even at 20 mph) and sometimes I stop to identify a species or to take a picture (or both). Yesterday I came across a flowering cardamine hirsuta (spring cress), a common weed, in a vineyard nearby. I liked a lot how this hardy plant covers the ground in the cold season while there is little competition. A real survivor. #Germany #winter #bloomscrolling
