anything newly released on the open market is by default overpriced and you're left picking for scraps, or you're next to the trough
or you're forced into derivatives trading, which is a whole another game...
at heart, im a trader and investor
it feels like only strategy to accumulate more Bitcoin through these means is buying cyclical bottoms and selling cyclical tops
even those are becoming slower and harder to identify through BTC algorithmization and market ossification
it's just felt super painful and depressing over the last few years
nostr is a breath of fresh air
everyone is super fucking laser focused on FOSS and/or building up this new space
it's refreshing to see people building and watching ODELL (npub1qny…95gx) and co. fund using open sats without the expectation of oh yeah we're gonna build something existing then slap a token on top and then dump on everyone and zero sum this shit to zero
