Tell her to use castor oil on her face, she will love the results. Moisturize skin first, then either apply castor heated in hands or dillute with some other oil (jojoba, almond, whatever she likes)/and optionally some essential oil.
Castor oil is a miracle, I could go on about it, but there's lots of info out there..
