A thought from watching the #wsl game this evening.
No VAR:
Goals were given, free kicks were given, corners were given and decisions were made. All by the on field Officials (who I thought were very good) with not a complaint from the players or coaching staff. No surrounding the Ref, no shouting at the 4th Official.
This resulted in the game having a flow to it which I've missed in this age of constant stop and review.
