Since adopting a carnivore diet nearly 2 years ago I often got sick after plane trips and was always sick during winter. Biggest issue was my sinuses which always seen to be on the verge of being infected.

Now having totally cut sugars, grains, fruit & vegetables plus seed oils my sinuses have been perfect. Not even a runny nose.

But that's been the least of the benefits. It's a whole other rabbit hole which you'll eventually find has links to the Bitcoin ethos. It's worth your time to at least investigate.
