LEDGER NANO S - Not working

Initially I bought a pack of three Nano S.
One still works ok, the second does not work at all and the third has an issue with the screen that is barely visible.

Hard to trust them to HODL for a long time horizon when the HWW does not support the pass of time.

Also hard to complain or bring up your issue while preserving anonymity.

Happy to have timely switch to JADE a more reliable HWW.

I was not able to find a contact of Ledger in NOSTR. If you have one, please pass this feedback to them.
