Kat, I remember Horatio for keeping the wee hour groove going too—he was like our Ambassador of FA Late Night.
He also took interest in everyone’s recipes, launching a lot of fun conversations. Joe shared some of his mom’s recipes, pea soup and snowball walnut cookies. He said he would post her Irish soda bread (back on SQV) and scalloped potatoes with ham, but I never was able to track those down.
He was a light that drew us all in.
