M. K. Fain (npub1rvl…nhjx) change to the block policy. someone you block on twitter will be able to read your posts, but not reply, click or RT. Some don't want their stalkers and harassers to even be able to read their tweets.
Protected (locked) accounts unaffected. Phew from me on that one.
