You likely did one of those things which reset the app permissions and didn't change it back to disabled before starting them again. That's not a bug of any kind in GrapheneOS but rather how you chose to use the OS. Users turning the Network permission back on for the apps by resetting the app perms isn't a bug in GrapheneOS.",
