- always learn more about resisting fascism.
- set up groupware somewhere (Nextcloud, a wiki, maybe a CRM).
- find partners: at least a few other locals who will be very involved, can complete tasks between meetings.
- organize demonstrations in support of increased immigration.
- reach out to communities of people vulnerable to fascism.
- keep asking "who else should we talk to? can you help us talk to them?"
- first spokescouncil or assembly or AGM by the end of 2025.
