There's a Netflix documentary called "The Social Dilemma" that explain pretty well why any centralized social media has inherent perverse incentives against it's users.
I recommend it, if you've not seen it - although the 'experts' in it naively suggest "more regulation" is the solution 🤦♂️.
Nostr is immune to all of that!
