The nice thing about these is they are great for under trees, where folks have extra space. It is also a positive that a lot of animals rely on these spring plants but this also means they will be used/eaten. You may not see the "for humans" side quickly.
I'm not commenting to dissuade in any way- just helping to manage expectations. My own results did not match the pictures. 🙂
