I thought maybe that was the case. My browser is proxying through iCloud Private Relay, and the first two octets are 104.28. I know they rotate IPs every so often, and the next IP I come through may not start with those octets. If that ends up being too large of a range to unblock, I understand.
The command line connection I screen capped is a different story. It's not important that it be unblocked, I included it in case it was helpful to you. But that connection is coming through my ISP, no iCloud Private Relay involved. I don't know the extent of your blocking, but my ISP may have also been included.
