The bike lanes that have been set up since the pandemic do help a lot in making it easier for me and a lot more cyclists to get around though! Mostly specific to city center areas. The PH still has a long way to go. 😆
Since you're familiar with Makati, they've been doing better lately in terms of promoting safer infrastructure within the central business district! 😄
