Have been playing around with the new RealityKit in VisionOS 2.0, and it looks like they've added a lot of things that I was after when I was doing About by PCalc for visionOS, including dynamic lighting, shadows, and (I think) concave collision models for physics.
There's also some neat stuff for reflecting a playing video into the environment.
