Getting my kid to a birthday party today I again hit against the Polish propensity to assume everyone already knows all relevant details of everything. From newly closed roads to how exactly that place we are at works, nobody bothers to explain anything until you're already in the middle of doing stuff wrong. Not even a sign anywhere.
Is it just me who is bothered by that?
