So, the "mail problem" solution, so far, is more than a bit weird.

The potential fix is to take the folder that it's stuck suggesting and *rename* it to something else. So, if it's "Things" rename to "All the Things!" and leave it that way for a while. It may immediately start suggesting another folder - rename that too.

You'll notice that Mail will stop suggesting any folder. Work normally. Move things. It'll start suggesting the 'right' folders again.

Then you can rename the folder(s) back.
