虽然锻炼还是要加强,人还是不服老不行,初中时开始练引体向上,0到1,1到3,3到10,10到20+,每个阶段的间隔非线性缩短。而今年年初重新开始练习,恢复到1个就用了个把月,眼看到年关了,一组顶天了就勉强4个,正常就只能3个。
