Is it that simple?
1. No seed oils and no Lecitine
2. No Nitrites (like KNO2) and no Nitrates
3. No HFCS nor dericatives, minimize sugar
If you can read labels you should be able to do this without any "diet" plan.
You'll get used to 98% of any store to be useless junk 😁
Salt is dicey. I am certain now that salt intake and renal activity is genetic. Isotonic liquids definitely make my pressure go up. Ymmv.
