I wish there were a way to connect technical people or anyone with useful skills to non-profit humanitarian agencies.

For me, I'm an operational expert. I know how to build systems to deliver "services" really efficiently and accurately. I could apply these same skills to a humanitarian organization, but I have no idea how I could do that.
