right, i mean there are already open source cryptography libraries, but they would specifically be needed to be added in NIPS specification and we would need to somehow upgrade all our user address to a new quantum proof encryption.
as far as it stands, once we reach 2030 all npubs can be decrypted into nsecs using quantum computers. all npubs and nsec encryptions would fall apart. so it would be a major change to nostr if nostr is going to make it
