The increased cost was expected, a greater fail was the lack of promised range. This delivery event reminds of the one for the Semi last year - and then nothing really happend. A trickle of Semis delivered this year and no mass production.
So it is another delivery only on paper, but probably not a product that will add anything significant to Tesla sales at least not next year. I guess this also reveals that the development of the 4680 batteries is still halting.
