People who advocate for diversity at work are punished. This is often why white people who aren't racist never stand up for us. They know better than we do what their own will do to them and they're not wrong. Studies show that anyone who is overtly anti racist at work will not be promoted. DEI is a corporate show boat, the thing don't move but looks pretty.
