and in my small apartment, which has been closed up since 9am, my portable air conditioner has been continuously running, and can not get the temperature below 87°.
And since I had Covid pneumonia 2 years ago and it burned out my temperature tolerance, temps over 84 leave me with an accelerated heat beat, a headache, and forgetfulness. 🥵
I already had a cold shower to make it this long, now I wait for the outside temp to drop below inside so I can open the windows and setup the fans.
