About to make 2 cheesecakes. (Made 2 GF sponge cake bases yesterday.)
Reproducing Junior's (Brooklyn) recipe from their cookbook. Lemon is not canon, but a hint will be good. I use extra vanilla. Plus a little maple sugar subbing for some of the white.
