Finally at the mixing stage tonight on this cover tune. Messing around with compression on the vocal track. Trying to find that fine line between punch and too much compression. Tried running 2 compressor plug-ins on the vocal. One at 4:1 and the other at 7:1. Too much. Gotta crank it loud to find out. Getting there. Lots of fun playing around. #music #recording #singing
