I started quilting the middle panel last night and I’m really happy with the body. I just did straight diagonal lines but there’s double batting under the body and the purple/yellow colour spots on the wings so it’s a bit more 3D. There are five long strips to quilt and then join so it’s a version of QAYG. #quilting
