I think his point was that just smashing through books to brag you’ve read X books is pointless, you don’t retain or absorb the information or follow the loose threads to fully comprehend what you’ve read.

I’m aiming for 25 this year and so far am on track but can already tell that will be a stretch to fully absorb that many.

And yeah there’s a lot of useless books, including in #Bitcoin now, but then occasionally you come across a gem as I have right now - one of those right books with the right content at the right time that happens a few times in life and gets you really juiced for it.
