American society is fatal for the most unfortunate...
Against average life expectancy the most 'disadvantaged' 10% still reach (on average) 60 in Japan & Switzerland; in the UK, France & Germany its 55.... but in the USA, its 41 years old!
While the shape of USA's private #healthcare is unlikely to be inconsequential on these deaths... two factors loom large in the deaths of the poor & vulnerable: #guns & #opioids.
