Basically, I have determined over the last ten years that anything the "government" tells you is "bad" for you (with the exceptions of cigarettes and drinking too much) is actually good for you. I drink whole fresh milk ("raw" is gaslighting), and eat fresh eggs, bacon, butter, and a lot of red meat. We eat almost zero processed foods, and I no longer shop at corporate "grocery" stores, at all.
