Beginnings always hide
themselves in ends. There can be no novelty without the sacrifice of what was.

In order to begin again, you must grieve and release the old you. The old life. The old relationship. The old patterns and routines.

Beginnings require great courage.
I am not sure if beginnings are harder than endings or vice versa. Beginnings are uncomfortable because you enter into territory you have never been. But they are mysterious and magical and expansive. They let you embrace freedom in new ways. But beginnings are uprooting, and humans tend to cling to stability.

Be willing to begin again. Be courageous enough to try new hobbies, new environments, new relationships, new friendships.

Attachment is the root of all suffering, but damn it's hard to not be attached to specific chapters in life, specific people, specific places.

So if we form our attachments, know there will be pain and grief and endings. But that is the duality of beautiful life.

So just be willing to ebb and flow. Begin and End. The more fluid you become in your life, the more you can stay aligned with the most updated version of you.
