Continuing my audit of the CFR to look for standards that are “incorporated by reference.” I’m up to Title 21, which includes the FDA. This one is hard … they do it right. Tons of sections with IBR. Instead of a laundry list of wholesale incorporation, they identify the exact pages of the specific material they include.
